Cagework is a new project fronted by Sam Bedford. A three-piece formed in South-West
England, they draw inspiration from odd lo-fi indie, post-hardcore, early emo and
smatterings of avant-garde folk. The band have been together less than a year, playing
shows in South London and beyond, releasing one single.
Cagework hail from South-West England. They look to US ‘80s and ‘90s alternative music
for their inspiration. Post-hardcore, lo-fi, emo and weird folk all feature in their
work. A stand alone single, 'Simmer', was released in 2018 and received airplay from
the likes of Huw Stephens and Gideon Coe. Their eponymous debut album is short, but
perfectly formed.

White Tail Falls is the project of Irwin Sparkes. He comes at folk and laid back pop
from a leftfield perspective, citing influences such as Nick Drake, Yo La Tengo, Bon
Iver, Fleet Foxes and Kevin Morby. Age Of Entitlement is a wondrous album of beautiful
sounds, with lyrics ranging from self-reflection to everyday observations, informed
by a turbulent time the Londoner spent in New York.
